My name is Christine Terry;
I obtained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy through the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, at Birmingham City University.
I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1986,and still also work in this capacity at a Birmingham Hospital. Seeing the harm that smoking can cause, made me passionate about helping people to stop smoking, so I became a Hypnotherapist.
I served four years as a Nursing Officer in the Royal Air force.
I also have a Diploma in Counselling, which I obtained through the Institute Of Counselling.

I am registered as an Associate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. This is an organisation that governs the code, practice and ethics of its Hypnotherapists. Membership is only open to those who have been appropriately trained in the major aspects of Psychology, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy.
I take both private and N.H.S Hypnotherapy referrals.

My main areas of Hypnotherapy expertise are in
smoking cessation (quit smoking),
performance anxieties
and phobia treatment.


My Hypnotherapy practice is based in Harborne, Birmingham, within easy reach of Birmingham city centre.
Birmingham University train station is a mile away, and my practice is on the number 23/23 bus routes from Birmingham city centre, and very close to the number 11 bus route.
I am near to Selly Oak and Edgbaston.
